Stuck in a Bottle

“I’m just honestly terrified all the time of everything and everyone. It’s like you are in a glass bottle filled with water while hanging from a string that’s breaking
and you see stuff happening around you and you want to do something and help people, and sometimes you try, but that string becomes more and more worn.”
“You want to do something, but once that string snaps, the bottle will break and you will be cut from the glass shards and you can’t just lower yourself into the bottle either because you’ll drown because you never learned to swim.”

I was left in a little bubble where i could see everything around me but also seeing that one day something of mine would break and all that would come from it was pain. I kept struggling to leave but now i wish i never did
